I now know this is not the case.

It was taken in West Point, behind the border fences. Recently.

So how do I feel?

Horrified, and sad.

Sad we weren't told.

Sad that this happened to good people.

We should have been told this was happening.

But at least this Event was stopped in its tracks. It's contained.
