... of last night's senseless violence.

All this after the President sought to calm fears at home and abroad.

After talks with the General I am satisfied that...

... the Knox Event is, to all intents of purpose, contained.

However.

Tests on those recovering from the Knox sickness are inconclusive.

We have labs set up inside the Zone now.

I assure the American people that every dollar I have at my disposal...

... will go toward their healing and rehabilitation.

However, I repeat: the Knox Event IS contained.

Procedures are underway to ensure our safety.

I think I'm seeing those procedures in action, Diane.

The Army are widening the exclusion zone.

We've been told this is to: 'remove any element of doubt'...
