I'm Paul. Let's get straight into it.
First, if your TV's not working, make sure it's plugged in.
You'd be surprised how many don't check.
If you're certain there's something wrong, plug it out before dismantling it.
Get your screwdriver and undo the casing's screws.
If it's not receiving a signal, the amplifier or the receiver chip...
... might be the problem.
If there's nothing at all on the screen but you have audio...
... your picture tubes are probably the problem.
Picture but no audio means we'll have to get in at the speakers...
No picture, no audio, even when plugged in...
... that's a power chip problem.
And if everything's working but you're getting no signal...
... check your aerial.
Check with your neighbors to make sure their signal is...
